• Hot springs access available from 6:00 AM to midnight.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. This property's outdoor mineral hot springs are open for reduced hours, 5-10 PM from November 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026. Guests aged 6 and above booked in the breakfast and half board rates will receive the same menu as adults. Guests should contact this property in advance to change to the children's menu. This property's indoor mineral hot springs are open 6-9 AM and 3 PM-Midnight. The outdoor mineral hot springs are open 3-10 PM.
