Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Guests are required to download the property's Aarogya Setu mobile app before check-in. At check-in, guests must provide either a negative PCR COVID-19 test result or a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. Guests providing a negative COVID-19 test result must have been tested no more than 72 hours prior to check-in. Customers may be requested by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or complete a health declaration.
