The credit card presented at check-in should be the same card used at time of booking. The name on the identification document and credit card must match the name of the person who reserved the booking. The general deposit is payable by credit card and is charged by the property prior to arrival. The deposit is refunded approximately 7 days after check-out, pending room inspection. Guests are required to contact the property within 24 hours of booking with arrival details.
