There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after noon please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 5 days before arrival with special check-in instructions and smart lock details. The host will greet guests on arrival.Guests are recommended to download the property's Oji Smart Lock mobile app before check-in.
