Guests must transfer via boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 24 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 9:30 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. • This property is accessible only by boat. The hotel offers one-way long-tail boat transfer service from Tonsai Pier to the hotel at 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, 4 PM, and 5 PM. Transfer service (surcharge) from the hotel to the pier on the check-out date is available at 8 AM and noon. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property before their expected arrival.
