The front desk is open daily from 7:30 AM - 9:00 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Ski equipment is not included. Guests must contact the property directly to arrange ski equipment rentals (surcharge). This property is unable to accommodate dietary restriction or food allergy requests. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 3 PM to receive dinner. The entrance to the property closes from 11 PM-7 AM. Guests are not permitted to enter or leave the property during this time. Meals are not included in the Breakfast Included and Half Board rates for children ages 0-2. All guests, including children, are required to present a valid government-issued ID card at check-in. Guests are also required to present ID when purchasing ski lift tickets onsite.
