• The seasonal pool will be open from May 01 to September 30.
• Children 6 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. During the listed exterior renovation dates scaffolding may obstruct room and restaurant views. Guests may hear construction related noises during business hours A scheduled power outage will take place on January 13, 2026 from 3:30-4:30 PM and January 14, 2026 from 2-5 AM. All facilities that use power will not be available during this time.
