There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests will receive an email within 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests arriving after 10 PM must contact the hotel in advance to get the code for safety box where the keys can be found. Guests can also use a button located on the door to call the hotel (available 24 hours a day).
