The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 9:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 5 days before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Reception hours are 07:00am-10:00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday and 09:00am-05:00pm on NT Public Holidays.
