Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Please note that it is mandatory for all non-citizens whose residence is in India who are entering Sikkim or intending to stay in Sikkim to procure Inner Line Permit (ILP). To register at this property, guests who are Indian citizens must provide a valid photo identity card issued by the Government of India. PAN cards are not accepted. Travelers who are not citizens of India must present a valid passport and visa. Guests are also required to provide proof of address. Visitors who are not citizens of India must obtain an Inner Line Permit (ILP) to enter Sikkim. Each guest must have photocopies of their passport and Indian visa along with the original documents and 2 recent passport-sized photos to receive the permit. Guests can submit these documents at Melli and Rangpo entry checkpoints, Bagdogra Airport's Sikkim Tourism Booth, and Sikkim House in Kolkata or Delhi.
