• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

This property offers transfers from the train station. To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Meals and bedding are not included in the Half Board and Breakfast rate plans for children age 2 and younger. This property offers shuttle pickup service from Kuroiso station only. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 6 PM to receive dinner.
