If you arrive at the property after hours, you'll need to check in at an alternate location: [Key Safe Box - Call the park on 03 5874 2031 to retrieve the passcode prior to arrival, between the hours of 8am to 4pm, otherwise no after hour key collection will not be available on the night of arrival.]. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 4:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
