Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Some rooms include PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land tickets, as indicated on the room name. For stays of 1 and 2 nights, guests receive 1 day/2 parks ticket. For stays of 3 or more nights, guests receive 2 days/2 parks tickets. Discounts towards the purchase of tickets for Caribe Aquatic Park are available. Ticket availability is subject to the park opening dates; guests may check the PortAventura World official website for the schedule. During the summer season, the hotel provides shuttle service to PortAventura World. Theme park opening dates and times vary seasonally. Guests are advised to contact the property in advance for more information. On the day of arrival guests may drop off luggage and complete registration early in order to access the park prior to check-in time, but will not be able to access guestrooms until after 3 PM.
