This property offers transfers from the cruise terminal, ferry terminal, airport, and train station (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 24 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this. Guests must however request an exemption voucher in advance and present it with an identity document on arrival. To check affected dates, fees and request an exemption, visit cda.ve.it/en/. Please note: Some Prestige Double Rooms are located in an annex building located 22 yards (20 meters) from the main building and common facilities. The annex building does not have an elevator. This property offers one-way ferry terminal shuttle service from Venice to the port of Trieste for EUR 280 and to the port of Ravenna for EUR 300. Fees include transfer for up to 4 guests. A EUR 30 fee applies for each additional guest, with a maximum of 7 guests per trip.
