The front desk is open daily from 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests are recommended to download the property's Whatsapp mobile app before check-in.
