The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [level 2, suite 54 circle on cavill retail precinct - 9 Ferny Ave]. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Reception hours are 10 AM-2 PM on Sundays and Public Holidays. Check-in for this property is based at a different location, Level 2, of the retail area of Circle on Cavill - 9 Ferny Ave, Surfers Paradise at the Beachcomber Resort building.
