A 30 percent reduction applies from January 1-31.

There is no front desk at this property. The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [Cà dei Dogi, Castello 4242, 30122 Venezia]. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will receive an email within 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this. Guests must however request an exemption voucher in advance and present it with an identity document on arrival.
