The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [Rohrbacher Str. 32, 69115 Heidelberg]. If you are planning to arrive after 9:00 AM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and key retrieval information.
