The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 6:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.

• Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy
• Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges
• Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed
• This property accepts credit cards; cash is not accepted
• Safety features at this property include a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a security system, a first aid kit, and outdoor lighting
• This property has outdoor spaces, such as balconies, patios, terraces which may not be suitable for children; if you have concerns, we recommend contacting the property prior to your arrival to confirm they can accommodate you in a suitable room
• This property does not provide disposable personal items, such as combs, loofahs, shavers, nail files, and shoe mitts

Frais optionnels

• Fee for English breakfast: approximately HKD 80 for adults and HKD 80 for children
• Pet fee: HKD 200 per pet, per night plus HKD 200 one-time cleaning fee
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee: HKD 100 for check-in between 10:00 PM and midnight
