You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• A tax is imposed by the city: JPY 150.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• Tourism fee: JPY 200.00 per person, per night
• Destination fee: JPY 350 per person, per night. This fee does not apply to children under 12 years of age.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Hot springs access available from 5:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Parking height restrictions apply.
• Guests with tattoos are welcome to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
