To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after noon please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of KRW 10000 at check-out. All guests, including children, are required to present a valid government-issued ID card at check-in.
