• Shuttle transfer per child: MYR 82 (roundtrip)

Guests must transfer via boat and shuttle to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 48 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. This property offers transfers from the ferry terminal (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 48 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 2:00 AM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. At check-in, guests must provide either a negative COVID-19 test result or a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. This property is located on Mantanani Island in Kota Kinabalu. Guests must transfer to the property by speedboat (45-55 minutes trip) followed by land transfer (surcharge). The speedboat departs from Sutera Jetty Mantanani in Kota Belud once per day at 2:15 PM. Guests must be at the jetty by 1:45 PM to guarantee same-day transfers to the property. Boat transfer from the property to Jetty Sutera Mantanani departs once per day at 1 PM. Guests must arrange land and boat transfers with the property at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance. All guests, including children, are required to present a valid government-issued ID card at check-in. Valid passport is accepted.
