On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this. Guests must however request an exemption voucher in advance and present it with an identity document on arrival. To check affected dates, fees and request an exemption, visit cda.ve.it/en/. This property will place a credit card authorization equal to the first night of stay for any bookings where payment for the stay will be made on site instead of at the time of booking.
