• A bathing tax, collected at the property, may be charged. The bathing tax applies to properties with hot springs and ranges from JPY 150-500 per person, per night based on local regulations. Please note that further exemptions may apply.

• Children stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

This property offers transfers from the train station. To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 24 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Meals are not included in the room rate for children under 3 years old. There are no restaurants nearby. Guests who wish to receive dinner during their stay should book a half board rate plan, or pre-book dinner service in advance of arrival. Requests for meals are not accommodated on site. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 7 PM to receive dinner.
