Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and an access code. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this. Guests must however request an exemption voucher in advance and present it with an identity document on arrival. To check affected dates, fees and request an exemption, visit cda.ve.it/en/.
