You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• A tax is imposed by the city: JPY 300.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• A bathing tax, collected at the property, may be charged. The bathing tax applies to properties with hot springs and ranges from JPY 150-500 per person, per night based on local regulations. Please note that further exemptions may apply.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• One child 1 year old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

The front desk is open daily from 7:30 AM - 8 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 6:30 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 6 PM to receive dinner. Dinner is available from 6-6:45 PM, and guests must be seated before 6:45 PM. Meals are available by reservation only and cannot be requested after check-in. Meals are not included in the breakfast and half board rate plans for children age 3 and younger.
