• You may be asked to pay the following charges at the property: Peru value-added tax (18%). Nonresident travelers who present a valid passport and tourist visa/immigration card may be exempt from value-added tax (18%).
• Deposit is payable by wire transfer and is due within 48 hours of booking the reservation.

• Children under 18 are generally not allowed to stay at properties in Peru without a parent, legal guardian or duly authorized responsible person. Accompanying adults may be asked for both their and the child's ID as well as any duly notarized supporting documentation. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Peruvian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.
• According to Peruvian law, cash is not accepted for payments over PEN 2,000 or USD 500. Payments greater than these amounts must be settled by credit card or other methods approved by the property and local law. Payments cannot be split between currencies.
• Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the guesthouse prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Up to 2 children 10 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
• The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation.
• Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.

The front desk is open daily from 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 6:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
