You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 30 April, EUR 3.50 per person, per night for adults; EUR 0.00 per night for guests aged 6-14 years old. This tax does not apply to children under 6 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 May - 31 October, EUR 7.50 per person, per night for adults; EUR 2.00 per night for guests aged 6-14 years old. This tax does not apply to children under 6 years of age.

• The seasonal pool will be open from May to October.
• Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

If you are planning to arrive after 8:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 7 days of booking the reservation.
