There is no front desk at this property. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. Guests are recommended to download the property's Gateman mobile app before check-in. This property's policy is to accept bookings only from foreign guests (non-Korean nationals only). Guests whose residence is in Korea will not be allowed to check in.
