There is no front desk at this property. The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [Ivana Matijaševića 14, 20 000 Dubrovnik]. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 2 weeks before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. Guests are recommended to download the property's Rental Ninja mobile app before check-in. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of EUR 30 at check-out.
