You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• A city tax may be collected at the property. The city tax ranges from JPY 100-500 per person, per night based on the nightly room rate. The tax does not apply to nightly rates under JPY 5,000. • A tax is imposed by the city: JPY 150.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Hot springs access available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
• Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Children may not be eligible for complimentary breakfast.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Set meals are served in guestrooms only (no menus or public dining).
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
