To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The use of the pool and waterslide is based on time slots that must be reserved at the Front Desk upon check in. Wristbands will be given upon check in based on the number of guests in the room. Each reservation is for one hour and up to four guests per room. Up to 15 rooms may reserve the same hour time slot. Additional reservations can be made at the Front Desk, based on availability
