There is no front desk at this property. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. If you are planning to arrive after 4 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must complete self check-in between 11 AM and midnight (local time) on their arrival date via a link sent in an email from the property; the email is sent automatically to guests 24 hours prior to arrival. Please note that guests do not have to be onsite during the check-in window, but self check-in must be completed and submitted during this time frame to receive access codes. Guests may use the access codes to enter the building and their allocated apartment anytime between 3 PM on the arrival date and 11 AM on the check-out date. Entry access codes will be deactivated at 11 AM on the check-out date. Please note that luggage storage is not available.
