The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 5 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 5 days before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of EUR 100 at check-out.
