To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The host will greet guests on arrival. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. This property is accessible via boat. Scheduled transfers from Mainland Bancogon to Sumilon Island are available at 8 AM, 10 AM, 12 Noon, 2 PM, 4 PM. Scheduled transfers from Sumilon Island to Mainland Bancogon are available at 9 AM, 11 AM, 1 PM, 3 PM, and 4:30 PM. Guests should arrive at the port area 15 minutes prior to their boat transfer. Additional boat transfers may be available for PHP 2,500 from 5:30-8 AM and PHP 1,500 from 8 AM-4:30 PM, subject to boat availability and weather conditions.
