Guests must transfer via boat and shuttle to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 24 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 24 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is open daily from 8 AM - 10 PM. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. This property offers 24-hour shuttle service (surcharge) from Phuket International Airport to Chalong Pier, and boat transfer service from Chalong pier to the property. Transfers from the property to the pier are available at 8 AM, 11 AM, and 2 PM. Transfer from the pier to the property are available at 9 AM, noon, and 3 PM. The waiting area is near the short bridge opposite Ken Eang@Pier Restaurant. Guests who require boat transfers outside of these hours will be charged a fee.
