There is no front desk at this property. If you arrive at the property after hours, you'll need to check in at an alternate location: [Via S. Antonio 13A, Polpenazze del Garda]. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 8:00 AM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 2 weeks before arrival with special check-in instructions and lockbox information.
