• You may be asked to pay the following charges at the property: Peru value-added tax (18%). Nonresident travelers who present a valid passport and tourist visa/immigration card may be exempt from value-added tax (18%).

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• There is no hot water on site.
• Children under 18 are generally not allowed to stay at properties in Peru without a parent, legal guardian or duly authorized responsible person. Accompanying adults may be asked for both their and the child's ID as well as any duly notarized supporting documentation. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Peruvian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.
• According to Peruvian law, cash is not accepted for payments over PEN 2,000 or USD 500. Payments greater than these amounts must be settled by credit card or other methods approved by the property and local law. Payments cannot be split between currencies.
• A fee for a mandatory Christmas Eve gala dinner is included in the total price displayed for stays on December 24.
• A fee for a mandatory New Year's Day gala dinner is included in the total price displayed for stays on January 1.
• One child 7 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.

The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests will receive an email within 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
