The front desk is open daily from 6:30 AM - 11:00 PM. If you arrive at the property after hours, you'll need to check in at an alternate location: [Hotel des Balances, Weinmarkt, Lucerne]. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Check-in 11 PM-6:30 AM takes place at the Hotel des Balance across the street. The Hotel Krone Lucerne is located in a pedestrian-only zone. Cars are allowed to park in front of the hotel only during arrival and departure.
