Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Parents traveling with a child under 18 must present the child’s birth certificate and photo ID (passport for travelers who are not citizens of Italy) upon check-in. If only one parent is traveling with the child, that parent must also present a notarized consent of travel signed by the other parent.
