• The city tax ranges from JPY 100-200 per person, per night based on the nightly room rate. The tax does not apply to nightly rates under JPY 10,000. Please note that further exemptions may apply. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Reservations are required for spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Up to 2 children 3 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Some facilities may have restricted access. Guests can contact the property for details using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Guests with tattoos are not able to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

• Guests must be at least 13 years old to access the pool. Guests must be at least 15 years old to access the fitness facility, bathing facilities, and lockers. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. Since the use of lockers is restricted to guests aged 16 and older, guests aged 13-15 should change in their rooms.
• Additional fees apply to children 4-12 years old for breakfast when sharing existing bedding.
• This property charges a facility fee to access the spa tub, sauna, and lockers. The facility fee does not apply to guests booked in Club, Grand Deluxe, and Suite room types.
