For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification.
