Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and smart lock details. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. Guests are required to contact this property by WhatsApp in the morning on their arrival date to arrange check-in. The self check-in kiosk is located next to the property entrance. Guests must use their reservation number to check-in (an itinerary or confirmation number will not work). A badge will be dispensed to access the apartment. If lost, the badge can be reissued by repeating the check-in process.
