• A tax is imposed by the city: JPY 300.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• A bathing tax, collected at the property, may be charged. The bathing tax applies to properties with hot springs and ranges from JPY 150-500 per person, per night based on local regulations. Please note that further exemptions may apply.

• The seasonal pool will be open from July to August.
• Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Children 17 years old and younger are not permitted at this property.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Some facilities may have restricted access. Guests can contact the property for details using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.

• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

The front desk is open daily from 8 AM - 10:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 10:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
