There is no front desk at this property. If you are planning to arrive after 7 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The host will greet guests on arrival. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of EUR 70 (exact amount varies) at check-out. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests booked in Family Cottage and Family Rooms are charged a breakage deposit at check-in. Guests booked in Family Cottage accommodations may choose to clean the cottage at the end of their stay, or pay an end of stay cleaning fee. Towels and bed linens are not included for Family Cottage, Multiple beds room type. Towels are available for a surcharge or guests may bring their own. Deposit is payable by check or bank transfer and is due at the time of booking the reservation.
