Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Guests aged 18 or under traveling without a parent may not share a room with an accompanying guest of a different gender. Additionally, guests in this category must present a copy of their parent or legal guardian’s identification, a family relationship certificate, and a signed authorization letter at check-in. This listed parking fee applies in July and August. The parking fee is KRW 5,000 per night for all other months.
