This property offers transfers from the train station. To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 6 PM to receive dinner. This property offers train shuttle service to and from JR Tsubame Sanjo station at 2:40 PM (pickup) and 10 AM (drop-off). Guests must contact this property before by 8 PM on the day before arrival to reserve shuttle service. Shuttle service to/from Iwamuro and Yahiko train stations may be available on request.
