• If you are traveling with a child your property may require you to present the following documents: Parents traveling into Colombia with a child under 18 may be required to present the child's birth certificate and photo ID (passport for non-Columbian visitors) upon check-in. If a relative or legal guardian is traveling into Colombia with the child, that relative or legal guardian may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents and a copy of both parents' ID. If only one parent is traveling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by the other parent. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Colombian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.
• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Up to 2 children 11 years old and younger stay free, per registered adult, when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
• No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property.

Guests must transfer to the property via Shuttle and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. This property is accessible only by boat. Transfers are not included in the room rates and must be purchased as an additional service. Guests should arrive at the La Bodeguita dock in Centro Amurallado de Cartagena by 8 AM on the day of the reservation to board the boat. The boat ride is approximately 1 hour.
