The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. In winter season (mid-December through mid-April), this property can be reached only by cable car from Champéry. The cable car runs from 9 AM to 5 PM. Upon arrival in Planachaux, the property is accessible via ski lift.
