Besondere Hinweise

There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 10:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. Photo identification is required in advance when multiple guests intend to check in at different times. This property offers takoyaki machines and hot pot pan rentals. Guests must contact the property in advance of arrival to reserve these appliances. The property charges JPY 2,200 per stay to rent the takoyaki machine, and JPY 1,500 per stay to rent the hot pot pan.
